This is a highly engaging experiential exercise and the foundational module of our “Tu Casa Mi Casa” training curriculum, which teaches the skills necessary to influence, or get to solutions with others, from inside of the other party’s frame of reference. It focuses on getting better results with, and through, others, doing so in shorter time spans, and leaving others feeling valued in the process.
Kopy Kat springboards participants into situations that are concrete analogies of challenges they face in the real world. It explores how to overcome communication hurdles and quickly get to solutions that all can buy into. Its focus is teaching participants how to influence the outcome of situations and get results quickly.
Out of the Box
The experiential exercise “Out of the Box” is a challenging, fun and engaging, team-based exercise that gives participants an opportunity to accomplish “the impossible.” The participants will likely get to solution much more quickly than they initially believe possible and will achieve significant breakthroughs in the process. Participants will learn what is required for breakthrough results.

Balloon Chaos is a simple, yet high-impact large group exercise, to examine what degree of collaboration they want in their endeavors, particularly those with other functions in their organization.
The objective of this learning experience is to help people see opportunities for collaboration that allow them to expedite and enhance results. It helps participants determine what level of collaboration is necessary to enable desired outcomes.
How we label ourselves and others and how we respond to the labels that others give us, dramatically impacts what we can achieve. This engaging and fun exercise enables exploration of the power that labels have in real life and helps the participants apply the learnings to their current business realities.
