Organizational Change

Our most typical assignments:

  1. Helping organizations create ‘buy-in’ for new company directions, new endeavors, or changes in leadership.

    • We help build the skills and provide tools to support the behaviors for successful organizational change.

    • We assist leaders at all levels within the organization ‘get the communication right’ so that people accept or embrace change rather than resisting or begrudging change.

  2. Assisting organizations in the aftermath of reorganizing and/or downsizing. Both circumstances often come with significant residue that can impede forward motion and morale in the period immediately following such change.

    • We know there are multiple challenges in the wake of any reorganization before people can regain their sense of normalcy and get back to being productive. We have processes to move through the inevitable reactions to reorganization that allow people to return to greater productivity and higher morale, with greater ease and speed.
