What makes the InsideOut Coaching process unique?
Many Coaching programs focus on helping Leaders get their people to follow a course of action that these Leaders believe will get results. InsideOut Coaching instead provides Leaders and People Managers with an easy-to-use coaching tool that helps identify and leverage the course(s) of action the employee themselves would be internally motivated to take to get the same results. It is designed to help your people change behaviour, while inherently generating much stronger levels of buy-in from the party being coached.
InsideOut Coaching can help your Leaders and People Managers become more comfortable addressing difficult performance issues. It provides an incredibly effective coaching process for dealing with your biggest coaching challenges; those who are either not self-aware or simply refuse to change, or step into appropriate behaviours.
The coaching process does not need to be internalized or remembered. It can be done from a simple one-page template.
The process can be made transparent to those being coached, so questions or anxiety about the process being used can be eliminated.
